The following information explains the procedure to get the approval letter.

Procedure
To get the authorization, you need to follow these steps:

1. Applicant must have a sponsor in Indonesia either a personal, organization or a company
2. Sponsor must present them self in person at the Immigration Head Office in South Jakarta (Jakarta Selatan).
3. The sponsor must have: photocopy of applicant’s passport, supporting letter from the  sponsor and 3 photographs from the applicant.

The Immigration Head Office will send by fax or email the approval to the Indonesian sponsor  and also to the Embassy in The Hague.

The applicant’s sponsor needs to submit the supporting documents  in person to:
