  • A valid National Passport with minimum validity of 6 (six) months at moment of entry to Indonesia
  • Visa application form must be fully completed and sign in the corresponding blanks
  • One photo is to be attached : the photo must be have a passport format, full face picture and a light background
  • Copy of Residence Permit for non-Dutch citizenship
  • A Sponsor Letter from an institution in Indonesia or from applicants family member or friend in Indonesia with his/her ID (KTP) attached
  • Recommendation letter from your educational institution
  • Round trip reservation or itinerary with dates and flight number specifying entry and exit to-from Indonesia
  • The Embassy could only issue up to 60 (sixty) days visit visa
  • Type of entry : Single Entry
  • Visa is issued within 5 working days from receipt of application provided all documents are in order
  • Visas shall be used within 90 (ninety) days, calculated from the date of issuance

Socio-Cultural Visa without the authorization from Director General Immigration

Socio-Cultural Visa with the authorization from Director General Immigration

  • an internship in the private company
  • providing guidance, counseling and training
